Policies and Procedures

Please report lost ID cards to any of the following areas:

• Nearest Campus Dining cashier
• Campus ID Office (during normal business hours)
  Administration Building, Room 103
  Monday – Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
  Thursday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

  Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm

In addition to the above:

• Campus Cash Users – Click here to report your card lost or stolen
• Resident students must notify their Resident Assistant (RA) or Quad Office immediately.
• Contact Teachers Federal Credit Union or your bank if your ID card is used as a bank card.
• Lost ID Cards, if found, will be held at the Campus ID Card Office
  (Administration Building, Room 103 – see above for hours).
• For NEW ID Cards please visit the Campus ID Card Office
  (Administration Building, Room 103 – see above for hours).

If you find your card you must come in person to the Campus ID Card Office or the Meal Plan Office for reactivation.

Please Note: There is a $25 fee from the campus ID office for replacing University ID cards.
